Helena Patacao attended the "Forum D'Affaires Senegal - United Arab Emirates" in Abu Dhabi on September 11th of 2025, as an honored guest from the Government of Senegal & APIX in recognition of her global expertise in independent and innovative energy systems.

During this high-level meeting with the presence of Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko and the Minister of Energy Birame Souleye DIOP, Helena focused on the strategy to advance Senegal's power infrastructure to strengthen the nation's energy independence.

Following her proven track record in energy innovation and large-scale implementation, the Senegalese government formally invited Helena Patacao to take a leading role in guiding the country's upcoming energy transformation initiatives.
