Under the theme Closing the Investment Gap – One Vision, Helena Patacao was honored with an exclusive invitation to participate in the prestigious Africa Dubai Investment Business Summit & International Honors, held at the Habtoor Palace Hotel, Al Habtoor City, Dubai, on September 29–30, 2021.
