Contract signed with DAN CAKE in Portugal for the installation of self-consumption photovoltaic system with a total of 850 KW
Dan Cake, a Portuguese industrial bakery company, one of the country's leading producers of packaged bakery goods, with large-scale production facilities in Portugal and a strong international export presence, has signed a contract for the installation of two UPAC (Self-Consumption Production Unit) solar plants with a total capacity of 850 kWp, in partnership with Helena Patacão.
This initiative forms part of Dan Cake's broader energy efficiency and environmental responsibility strategy. Once operational, the systems are expected to prevent approximately 450 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually, reinforcing the company's commitment to sustainability and cleaner energy transition.
