Currently based in Dubai, Helena is the Founder & CEO of HP Energy Services, with operational roots in Portugal (since 2012) and the UAE (since 2019). With over 18 years of specialized experience in the energy sector, she is a pioneering force in off-grid renewable systems, delivering autonomy, sustainability, and life-changing energy solutions in locations where infrastructure does not exist.

In 2019, Helena became the first in Portugal to deliver a completely autonomous, grid-free renewable energy system, and the following year, she made history in Dubai by deploying the UAE's first off-grid combined energy system. She launched the Energy Independence Program (EIP) in 2020 and Hydro Elektra Systems in 2024, now leading the design of futuristic housing powered by resilient, off-grid energy and water systems—capable of thriving in any climate, anywhere on Earth.

A lifelong martial artist, she began training in Karate at age 7, earned her Black Belt by 19, and became a licensed Karate Master & Sports Coach by 21. A certified professional by IPDJ and FNKP, she is a proud member of the Portugal Karate Federation, World Shitoryu Karate Federation, and World Karate Federation.

With over 30 years of daily practice, she integrates diverse disciplines—Kyusho, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, Kobudo, Tai-Chi, Wing-Chun, Qi-Gong, and Muay Thai—crafting a holistic and deeply refined approach. She is the founder of KAMAE ®, a self-defense program uniquely designed to empower women by transforming an opponent's strength into their own.

Helena is also a Chi (Life Force Energy) Master and Quantum physics expert, merging ancient energy principles with cutting-edge insights in neuroscience, metaphysics, alchemy, and vibrational frequency transmutation.
